How Zetia interacts with ketamine
Ezetimibe blocks the NPC1L1 cholesterol transporter in the intestine, reducing dietary and biliary cholesterol absorption. Glucuronide metabolism with enterohepatic recirculation. No CYP3A4 effect; no meaningful ketamine interaction.
