Ciprofloxacin and ketamine have no clinically significant interaction. Ciprofloxacin's QT effect and the fluoroquinolone-specific cautions (tendon rupture, peripheral neuropathy in rare cases) are intrinsic to the drug, not stacking concerns with ketamine.
