How Orencia interacts with ketamine
Abatacept is a fusion protein (CTLA-4 Fc) that binds CD80/CD86 on antigen-presenting cells, preventing the costimulatory CD28 signal to T cells. Cleared by reticuloendothelial system. No CYP interaction with ketamine.
